No. Every site is designed once, for one appraiser. The pages are written for your counties and cities with local numbers. We use our proven techniques to build your site effectively.
I already have an XSite. Why switch?
XSites share themes and pre written pages across hundreds of appraisers. Search engines identify duplicate content and throttle rankings. Custom sites that reference local data earn more credibility, higher rankings, and more traffic.
How fast do leads show up?
The site goes live in about two weeks. Search engines can take months to update, but with a live site you are ready to receive requests right away. We expect leads within the first 90 days.
Can I get a professional email address?
Yes. The Website and Marketing plan includes an address on your domain, like you@yourfirm.com, that works in Outlook, Apple Mail and on your phone.
What are the daily updates?
Every morning your site gets a local update to keep it fresh for search engines and AI chats. It can also feed your social media and generate automated content.
Am I safe from spammers?
Your site is plain static pages. It ships no passwords, no API keys and no raw email address. Anything that needs a key runs on our servers, never in your page. Forms use spam filtering and a honeypot. Security headers are on every site.
Do you do commercial appraisers too?
